Job Type: Full-Time temp to hire - Day shift: 9am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday

Job Description: As an Order Picking and Receiving Associate, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and receiving orders to ensure timely and efficient delivery to our customers. Your role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
. Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on order specifications.
. Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
. Maintain organized and clean work areas.
. Previous experience with warehouse equipment such as stand-up reach lift, sit down forklift and pallet
jacks preferred. (USE OF FORKLIFT IS 20% OF THE DAY)
. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
. Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies.
. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
. Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
. Work until finish shift.
Qualifications:
. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
. Previous experience in order picking, packing, or receiving preferred
. Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
. Physical ability to lift and move heavy items.
. Basic computer skills for inventory management.
. Previous RF gun experience preferred.
. Knowledge of Starship (UPS / Fed Ex shipping system)
