- Operate manual power coating guns to apply powder to a wide range of products at a consistent and correct thickness and quality level.
- Set-up, proper operation, and maintenance and cleaning of power application and peripheral equipment.
- Operate all aspects of the high-volume power line including the 3-stage washer, dry-off chamber, power booth, and cure oven.
- Follow the daily schedule and product priority (per Production Manager).
- Keep your area clean and organized.
- Preform rework and staging of rejected parts for recoating.
- *Cross train or transfer into the Powder coating, Assembly, or shipping departments
- Monday-Friday 3:15PM-11:45PM
