IMMEDIATE HIRE NEEDED
- Vehicle Check-In and Documentation Procedure
- Outdoors environment 95% of the time-all weather conditions
- Upon arrival, each vehicle should be formally checked in and documented as follows:
Inspection and Verification
Confirm the vehicle’s identification details (VIN, license plate, make, model, and color).
Record the date, time, and condition upon receipt.
- Photographic Documentation
- Capture high-resolution images of the vehicle from multiple angles:
Front, rear, and both sides
Interior dashboard and odometer
Close-ups of any visible damage or wrecked areas
Ensure photos are clear, well-lit, and labeled for reference.
- Damage Assessment
- Note all visible damage in writing and correlate with photographs.
Include any relevant comments regarding the severity or location of impact.
- Secure Storage
- Assign the vehicle to its designated area for further evaluation or repair.
- Outside all day
- Walking all day
- Proper outdoor attire
- Steel toes & Hi-Vis Vest
- Shoveling
- Salting
- Cleaning outside and inside cars
- CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND CLEAN BACKGROUND
- VALID IL DRIVERS LICENSE
