Job Full Description
Operate manual power coating guns to apply powder to a wide range of products at a consistent and correct thickness and quality level. Set-up, proper operation, and maintenance and cleaning of power application and peripheral equipment. Operate all aspects of the high-volume power line including the 3-stage washer, dry-off chamber, power booth, and cure oven. Follow the daily schedule and product priority (per Production Manager). Keep your area clean and organized. Preform rework and staging of rejected parts for recoating. *Cross train or transfer into the Powder coating, Assembly, or shipping departments
