Store Associate
Location: Rock Island, IL
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Store Associate for a pool supply company in Rock Island, IL. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying active throughout the day, and contributing to a positive retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and assist customers in person
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Stock merchandise and ensure products are properly priced
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process cash and card transactions
- Test pool water chemical levels and assist customers with results
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Perform other general store duties as assigned
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer service and retail experience
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
