About the Company
Express Employment is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinatorto join our client’s team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipments and work with carriers to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels, place purchase orders, and resolve stock issues.
- Maintain shipping documents, invoices, and inventory records.
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to support daily operations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative sourcing options.
- Track and resolve shipping, inventory, and supply chain issues.
- Support manufacturing and store operations across multiple locations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, purchasing, inventory, or supply chain support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

· Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software.
· Experience working with vendors, suppliers, or freight carriers.
