About the Company
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Production Associate to join a manufacturing team. This position supports daily production operations by preparing, moving, and organizing parts while following work instructions and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and mask components on production lines.
- Pull parts and kits for assembly lines and deliver materials to designated departments.
- Clean metal surfaces to remove grease, dust, and other contaminants to ensure masking adheres properly.
- Arrange parts in racks and place racks on assembly line conveyors.
- Follow work instructions, use designated PPE, maintain tools and a clean work area, and support production processes as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to follow work instructions and use proper lifting techniques.
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively with a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of quality control principles.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience.
