Plant Supervisor - $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
A local Northbrook company that specializes in Automotive Manufacturing is searching for a Plant Supervisor who will have core responsibilities in leading a team and managing production goals. Our Plant Supervisor will work in a fun and friendly environment, taking the lead on safety reporting and tracking, acting as an internal resource on production demands, delivery logistics, quality goals, and employee training.
What we look for in Plant Supervisors:
- 3-5 years of manufacturing work experience
- Inventory management
- Conflict resolution
- Leadership skills to foster a growing team
- Ability to work overtime, including weekends
- Forklift Certified is a plus
