Pay: $18.20 per hour
Location: (Hybrid) - Downtown Chicago
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-time Options | Between operation hours of 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (shifts may vary)

Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner

Assist customers with enrolling in the healthcare option that best meets their healthcare needs.

Enter accurate notes and information into the system

Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced call center environment
Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) Requirements:
- 1 year or more experience in call center/high-volume customer service environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
- Must live within 40 miles of Downtown Chicago
- Must type 25 WPM or more
