Bilingual - Recruiting Specialist - Up to $20 per hour
Location - Northbrook, IL
Express Employment Professionals is a leader in staffing and we have an opening at our Northbrook location for a Recruiting Specialist to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have a can-do, high energy, and positive attitude! If you love helping people, are passionate about making a difference in people's lives, and do not take "no" for an answer, this is the job for you! Hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Recruiting Specialist Responsibilities:
- Attract applicants, interview, and place applicants with companies
- Take applicants to market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, and develop a robust candidate pipeline candidate for current and future staffing needs.
- Source for open roles, using multiple channels to recruit and retain qualified candidates.
Recruiting Specialist Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Strong time management, probing, and judgment skills
- Multi-taskings and problem-solving skills a must
