We’re Hiring: Quality Control Technician
Northbrook, IL
Full-Time - Monday- Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Pay: $26-$30 per hour (based on experience)
Join a local automotive parts manufacturing company and play a key role in ensuring top-quality products while driving continuous improvement in our manufacturing operations. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with both customers and internal teams in a collaborative, safety-first environment.
What You’ll Do:

Lead non-conforming material system (8D, customer response)

Maintain ISO9001 & CQI-9 certifications

Prepare PPAP, FAI, and new product reports
-
Conduct internal QMS audits and drive process improvements

Analyze data to identify root causes & corrective actions

Oversee measurement and testing systems
What We’re Looking For:
-
3–5 years of QC experience in automotive manufacturing
-
Hands-on knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, SPC, GR&R, PFMEA, PPAP
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-
Experience developing QC procedures & training
