Project Manager – Residential Construction - $80,000 - $95,000 (BOE)
Location - Wilmette, IL | Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
We’re recruiting for a Project Manager to join a premier, family-owned design-build firm in Wilmette, IL — celebrated for its quality, transparency, trust, and innovation.
The Project Manager will own all aspects of residential construction projects, ensuring every detail is executed to perfection. This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, collaborative, and passionate about high-quality craftsmanship.
Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of residential construction projects
- Lead bidding, estimating, scheduling, and coordination
- Oversee project staffing and subcontractor relationships
- Monitor progress and ensure on-time, on-budget completion
- Use project management software (e.g., Buildtrend) for tracking and communication
Project Manager Qualifications:
- Background in residential construction required
- Ability to read blueprints and project plans
- Experience with project management software (Buildtrend preferred)
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive communicator
