Location – Northbrook, IL (Hybrid)
Express has partnered with a woman-owned local law firm in the Northbrook to hire a full-time Family Law Paralegal. This boutique firm offers compassionate, personalized support to clients navigating divorce and family law matters and is rooted in empathy, professionalism, and kindness.
Paralegal, Family Law Responsibilities:
The Paralegal supports attorneys with case management, document preparation, legal research, client communication, scheduling, and deadline tracking. The work is hands-on and fast-paced, with a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and client care. This is a direct hire and full-time position.
Paralegal, Family Law Qualifications:
- 2+ years of divorce law/family law experience required
- Strong skills in legal document preparation, research, and document review
- Experience preparing Financial Affidavits and handling discovery
- High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
- Proficiency with legal software and technology
- Paralegal certification or equivalent experience preferred
