Upholstery Technician – Up to $24/hr
Location: Northbrook, IL
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
A growing upholstery company in Northbrook is seeking an experienced Upholstery Technician to join their team. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and has hands-on experience working with furniture, fabrics, and upholstery materials.
Responsibilities:
- Upholster and reupholster furniture and seating
- Measure, cut, and install fabric, foam, and padding
- Repair frames, springs, and cushions as needed
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of upholstery experience
- Ability to work with a variety of fabrics and materials
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Ability to lift and move furniture as needed
