Job Overview:
Express Employment Professionals is assisting a local company that specializes in cleaning products for hospitals, hotels, and senior living centers in hiring a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Support professional. This role focuses on customer outreach, order follow-up, and supporting the inside sales team while identifying opportunities to upsell existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to current customers for relationship-building and follow-ups
- Support inside sales team with order processing and customer communication
- Identify and pursue upselling opportunities with established clients
- Maintain accurate records and customer interactions in HubSpot CRM
- Provide professional, friendly service on every call
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Qualifications:
- Experience using HubSpot CRM (required)
- Excellent phone presence and strong communication skills
- Sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare (hospitals, nursing facilities) or hospitality industries preferred
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Recent university graduates encouraged to apply
