Job Title: Marketing Associate
Location: Glenview, IL
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our growing real estate team in Glenview, IL. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending marketing creativity with administrative support in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in promoting listings, supporting agents, and maintaining a strong online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create real estate marketing materials including flyers, brochures, and listing presentations
- Develop and manage social media content across platforms
- Create and update property listings on MLS and other marketing channels
- Revise and edit marketing materials as needed
- Provide administrative support to agents and office staff
- Maintain organized digital and physical marketing files
- Assist with general office duties and special projects
Qualifications:
- Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Active Real Estate License (Preferred but not required)
