Associate Banker
Location: Northshore, IL
Pay: $21–$23/hour BOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays | Full-time
Express Employment is seeking a customer-focused Banking Associate to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting clients, and contributing to a positive branch experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, provide personalized solutions, and handle inquiries
- Sales & Product Knowledge: Promote and sell banking products, including loans and deposit accounts, to meet performance goals
- Customer Service & Sales Support: Assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and educate customers on digital banking tools
Qualifications:
- Previous banking, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
