Pay: $20 – $25 per hour BOE
Schedule: 25–30 hours per week
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join a professional dental team in Wilmette. This part-time role is ideal for someone who is organized, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting the dentist during examinations and procedures
- Preparing and sterilizing instruments and treatment areas
- Taking and processing dental X-rays (if applicable)
- Providing patient support and ensuring comfort during visits
- Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Supporting front office and back-office operations as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Dental Assistant (1 Year)
- No certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a clinical, patient-focused environment
- Familiarity with dental tools and sterilization protocols is a plus
