Production Supervisor
Location: Northbrook, IL
Pay: $30/hr – $40/hr DOE
Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift Available
A growing manufacturing company in Northbrook is seeking experienced Production Supervisors to lead daily operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for overseeing production staff, ensuring quality standards are met, maintaining safety compliance, and driving productivity goals.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support production team members
- Monitor production schedules and workflow efficiency
- Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate solutions
- Complete production reports and documentation
- Train and mentor employees on procedures and best practices
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or production supervision experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with safety and quality procedures
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
