Marketing Coordinator - $23–$25/hr
Location Northbrook, IL
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
We have partnered with a local company in Northbrook to hire a Marketing Coordinator to support sales, marketing, and resident engagement efforts within a professional community environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and enjoys a mix of administrative work, marketing support, and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update Salesforce leads, ensuring timely follow-up
- Assist with scheduling tours, events, and marketing activities
- Support social media and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and related documentation
- Prepare reports and assist with sales tracking
- Provide front desk and guest support as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative, marketing, sales support, or customer service experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency required
- Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
- Experience with social media or digital marketing a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
