Schedule: Full-Time | Rotating Schedule | Weekends & Holidays Required

Assistant Manager Key Responsibilities
- Assist with developing and managing weekly employee schedules
- Ensure all shifts are properly staffed to meet operational needs
- Support day-to-day operations and team performance
- Assist with employee coaching, training, and development
- Help maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Support management in achieving operational and business goals
Assistant Manager Qualifications
- 2+ years of supervisory experience within the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays
