Job Full Description
We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative for a leading global digital marketplace that connects vehicle buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, has strong communication skills, and is eager to learn new things—especially in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers via phone, email, and in person
- Enter orders, assignments, and other data into the internal system
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Answer customer questions and process requests
- Set up and maintain customer records
- Handle word processing, filing, and general clerical duties
- Process necessary paperwork to prepare for auction day
- Willingness to learn vehicle titling as part of career development
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of previous customer support or office experience
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
