Our clients are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Electrical Assemblers / Solderers to join their growing production teams. These are temp to hire opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly of wire circuitry according to production specifications
- Strip, crimp, and solder/bond wires for assemblies
- Follow schematics, diagrams, and work instructions to ensure quality standards
- Inspect and test components to verify proper installation and performance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in electrical assembly, soldering, or wiring
- Ability to read basic diagrams or blueprints
- Steady hand and attention to detail for soldering tasks
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
