We’re hiring for 4 Machine Operators for a leading manufacturing company in Arlington Heights, IL— offering great pay, benefits, and long-term opportunity!
Compensation & Schedule
- Starting Pay: $19.50/hr during 60-day probation
- Base Pay after 60 Days: $21.50/hr
- Shift Premium: +$3/hr for 2nd Shift – (Total Pay $24.50/hr)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30pm to 12:00 am or 12:00 am to 7:30 am

What you will be doing
- Operate production machines (Unique machines – will train)
- Monitor product quality and report any issues or safety concerns immediately
- Assist with minor maintenance, repairs, and equipment adjustments as needed
- Maintain flexibility to support changing production needs
What We’re Looking For
- 1 + year machine operating experience (Production machines, plastics, CNC, chemicals, etc)
- Stable work history
- Ready to work 2nd or 3rd shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods
