A growing manufacturing company in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking experienced Machine Operators for both 1st and 3rd shift openings. This is a great opportunity to join a stable company offering long-term potential and growth!
Shift Details & Pay:
- 1st Shift: $18–$20/hr (based on experience)
- 3rd Shift: $22.50/hr
Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Perform basic machine setup and adjustments
- Work with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet tight tolerances and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow work instructions and production schedules
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1+ year of machine operating experience
- Ability to use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
