HP Indigo Press Operator – 2nd Shift | $24.50/hr | Temp-to-Hire
A growing international manufacturing company is seeking an experienced HP Indigo Press Operator to join their team in Arlington Heights, IL. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term employment and excellent benefits once hired.
This role is ideal for someone with printing press experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in quality and safety.
Schedule:
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday
- 3:20 PM – 11:50 PM
- 40 hours per week
- Overtime available based on production needs
- Weekend work may be required as needed
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor an HP Indigo Press to produce printed rolls according to production specifications
- Coordinate work activities with the production schedule
- Communicate any quality, safety, or production concerns to management immediately
- Ensure equipment is operating properly and assist maintenance/technicians as needed
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Label and complete production orders accurately
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- HP Indigo Level 1 Certification
- Previous digital press or printing experience
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adjust schedule based on production needs
