Job Full Description
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for our client in Schaumburg, IL. This role is responsible for order management, product availability inquiries, and resolving customer concerns accurately and efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Provide product availability information and general product knowledge
- Process and manage customer orders, including entry, follow-up, and issue resolution
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary
- Manage returns and warranty-related inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer account information in ERP systems and customer portals
- Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong computer skills required
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls and emails
- Patient, attentive, and customer-focused with strong time-management skills
