WE'RE HIRING FOR ALL SHIFTS MACHINE OPERATOR IN NEAR ARLINGTON HEIGHT. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE
1st Shift - $22.50/hr
2nd/3rd - $24.50/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday Schedule - Weekly Pay
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities:
- Setting up and running laminating machine
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders
- Perform first piece inspections and in-process quality checks
- Make machine adjustments and offsets to maintain quality production
- Complete production documentation including quantities and setup times
- Identify equipment issues and report maintenance needs
Qualifications:
- Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
- Experience using measuring tools such as: Calipers, Micrometers, Height gauges
- Strong math and mechanical aptitude
