Responsibilities
- Provide technical application support to customers and recommend optimal solutions
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop tailored manufacturing solutions
- Serve as a technical expert in machining and tooling applications
- Assist with troubleshooting, process optimization, and product selection
- Support projects across the full lifecycle, from concept through implementation
- Build strong customer relationships through responsive, value-driven support
Qualifications
- Degree or background in Engineering (mechanical, manufacturing, or related field)
- Experience with tooling, machining, or metal-cutting applications
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions
