Customer Service Representative - Palatine, IL
$23–$25/hour DOE
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Onsite | Temp-to-Hire
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a growing team in Palatine, IL. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, providing solutions, and supporting sales and order processing.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and emails regarding products and applications
- Generate quotes and prepare customer correspondence
- Assist customers with orders, shipping updates, and missing PO information
- Process customer RMA requests
- Update customer and opportunity information in the CRM system
- Recommend additional products and custom applications when appropriate
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and follow up with customers
- CRM/ERP experience is a plus
