Position: Batch maker/Plant Worker/Forklift/Cleaner (At least one year of Batch maker, working in a plant & Forklift Experience Required)
Location: Harvey, IL
Pay: $20.00/hour
Type of position: Evaluation Hire
Type of company: Chemicals, Metalworks and Lubricants
Typical shift days/times: Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Job Description:
- Batch making
- Operating a Forklift
- Using equipment to mix or blend paints or chemicals according to specifications.
- Weigh or measure ingredients so that they exactly match the requirements of the chemical or paint formulation.
- Keeping warehouse clean and organized (cleaning floors and various other areas)
- Able to manually lift up to 50 lbs.
- Working in a plant/warehouse
- Other small duties as assigned
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
**Dress code requirements: Casual; Steel toes needed.
