Are you an experienced TIG Welder who takes pride in clean, precise welds? We are hiring a skilled welder to join a growing manufacturing team in Springfield, IL. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity for someone experienced in TIG welding aluminum and stainless steel who enjoys hands-on work, steady hours, and being part of a strong production team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Perform precision TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and other metals
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
- Inspect weld quality to ensure accuracy and customer specifications are met
- Work closely with production teams to complete projects on schedule
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of TIG welding experience preferred
- Experience welding aluminum and/or stainless steel
- Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
- Fabrication experience
- Experience in manufacturing or production welding
- Familiarity with quality inspections
