Now Hiring: Window Treatment Installer (Temp-to-Hire)

Job Responsibilities:

Install custom window treatments such as blinds, shades, shutters, draperies, window film, and motorized/automated solutions

Work at residential and commercial job sites on a variety of surfaces (drywall, wood, plaster, metal)

Perform repairs and adjustments as needed

Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor with all clients

Explain product operation, care, and warranty information to customers
-
Ensure the work area is clean and damage-free after installation
-
Take accurate measurements for future window treatments
-
Coordinate with internal staff and vendors to resolve installation issues

Collect final payments and request customer reviews post-install

Assist with inventory, warehouse organization, and product receiving
-
Participate in occasional canvassing or lead-generating activities

Maintain tools, vehicle, and equipment in good working condition

Experience in carpentry, construction, or general installation is a plus (but not required — we will train!)

Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work from ladders

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Must pass a background check and drug screen

Excellent time management and communication skills
