Express Employment is partnering with a well-established, fast-growing local car wash to add an Interior Detailing Assistant Manager to their leadership team. This is a hands-on, high-energy role for someone who loves keeping things spotless and motivating a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do:

Lead and support the interior detailing team on daily operations

Ensure vehicles receive high-quality interior cleaning and finishing
-
Train new detailers on processes, safety, and customer service

Assist the manager with scheduling, workflow, and inventory
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment

Step in as a working lead — this role is both supervisory and physical
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in detailing, automotive services, or related supervisory work

Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality

Ability to coach, encourage, and hold team members accountable

Excellent communication and customer-service skills
-
Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift; lift up to 40 lbs
