Quality Tech/CMM Operator
Shift: 1st shift Mon-Fri
Pay: $17/hr based on experience
Where: Ridgeville, IN 47380

Duties:
Responsibilities:
- Operate CMM machines to conduct precise measurements using various probes and tools.
- Document PPAP process for product
- Record measurement data accurately and maintain comprehensive inspection records.
- Analyze measurement data and generate inspection reports
- Utilize other measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers, etc.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational education preferred.
- Proven experience as a CMM Operator or similar role in a manufacturing or quality control environment.
- Strong understanding of metrology principles, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and blueprint reading.
- Familiarity with precision measurement tools, techniques, and statistical analysis.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, collaborating with engineers and quality control personnel.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to generate detailed reports using measurement software.
