Property Maintenance Technician
Shift: 8a-5p Mon-Fri with rotating on call
Pay: $20-30/hr based on experience
Where: Muncie
Evaluation Hire
Duties:
- Complete work orders across plumbing, electrical, minor HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliance repair
- Perform unit-turns and make-readies
- Diagnose maintenance issues accurately & complete durable repairs
- Document all work in company work-order system accurately & promptly
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience handling plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs
- Own basic hand tools
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Valid, clear Driver's License
