Job Full Description
Skilled Maintenance Technician needed to lead maintenance department for a manufacturing & logistics company.
Shift: 7a-3:15p (occasional on call + 1-2 Saturdays/mo)
Pay: $30-35/hr BOE
Where: Richmond metro area, IN
DIRECT HIRE
Duties:
- Troubleshoot equipment failures
- Perform appropriate maintenance
- Participate in budgeting for maintenance department
- Organize maintenance tasks to optimize workflow
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ work experience in one position – required
- 5+ years’ maintenance experience – required
- One or more of:
- 2-year degree
- Journeyman status
- Technical certification
