Job Full Description
Job Title: Oven Operator
Location: Elkhart, Indiana
Number of Positions: 4
Job Description: Operate a fully enclosed oven, loading/unloading 6-7 foot rolls of paper, threading them through the machine, and ensuring foam and adhesive are applied automatically. Assist with unloading rolls, boxing products, maintaining machine operation, and measuring roll lengths. Rolls can weigh up to 75 lbs (two-person lift).

Qualifications:
- Reliable, attention to detail, focused, dependable
- Able to work as part of a team
- Comfortable with lifting up to 75 lbs (two-person lift)
- Able to bend, twist, and stand throughout the shift
Equipment Used: Tape measure (down to 16ths), hoist
Work Schedule: Day Shift, Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, will train 1st and go to 2nd shift 4:30pm to 3am
Environment: Clean, non-climate controlled, some minor odor, hot in summer
