Express Elkhart has Assembly Jobs - Sign-on bonus for the month of March!
March Sign on Bonus for New Hires: $2,000!
Bonus will be paid out over a 1-year period
After 30 days of employment- $200
90 days of employment - $300
6 months of employment - $500
1-year Anniversary - $1,000
After the 30-day probational period, you will become eligible for benefits on day one of employment. Our client offers health, dental, vision, along with 9 paid holidays & 15 days of paid time off.
Pay is based on an hourly wage, plus a weekly production/attendance bonus. The client also offers 3 pay increases within the first year of employment.
Schedule: 5:00 am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday
Position Summary: This position would be assembling high end bathroom trailers using hand and air tools to put together the sides and doors, also small hand assembly of sinks and hand sanitizer dispensers
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous Assembly Experience, preferably in RV line
- Use of Hand Tools and Power Tools
- Accurate tape measure scores
- Able to Work in a team environment on multiple tasks
- Able to transition through many tasks
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
