Warehouse Associate – Kit Assembly & Shipping
Pay: $18/hr
Location: Elkhart, IN
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:30am–4:30pm
Temporary Project: 4–6 Months
A local organization is gearing up for a high-volume project and is looking for reliable Warehouse Associates to help assemble, inspect, and ship out humanitarian kits. If you like straightforward work, steady hours, and a positive mission behind what you do, this one’s worth a look.
What You’ll Do

Receive incoming materials and perform basic QA checks

Prep items and place components on work tables

Assemble envelopes, kit buckets, and related products

Package, label, and palletize finished kits

Support shipping and general warehouse tasks

Operate a pickup truck on-site when needed
What We’re Looking For

Reliable, detail-minded workers who can stay organized

Ability to lift light–medium items and work on your feet

Basic warehouse or assembly experience preferred

Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR

Able to commit to the full project timeline (4–6 months)
