Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Molder Operator to join a small, locally owned company for a long-term opportunity. This role supports the Mold Technician with day-to-day molding operations, quality checks, and material handling. If you’re hands-on, reliable, and enjoy working as part of a team, this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Mold Technician with molding operations and training
- Feed, operate, and monitor molding machines
- Perform basic quality control (QC) checks
- Identify and report defects
- Handle materials, including stacking, sorting, and moving molded parts
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety, quality, and production standards
- Work closely with team members to support production flow

Physical Requirements
