We are looking for a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team in a clean, organized warehouse environment. This role combines hands-on warehouse work with customer service and administrative support—perfect for someone who enjoys variety and being part of a team.
What You’ll Do
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and RF scan guns
- Assist with administrative tasks using Microsoft Office
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Support team operations and help where needed
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in warehouse operations and/or customer service
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A strong work ethic and team-first attitude
- Someone who is reliable, punctual, and friendly
- Willingness to take initiative and help across departments
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
- Comfortable operating forklifts and pallet jacks
Education
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
