What You'll Do
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery
- Disassemble, install, and repair industrial equipment
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair machinery using welding, brazing, and other repair techniques
- Align machinery using specialized tools to ensure optimal performance
- Safely operate cranes, jacks, and hoisting devices to move heavy equipment
- Work collaboratively with team members using rigging equipment and dollies to support safe and efficient operations
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous Millwright or related mechanical experience required
- Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Professional attitude and reliable work ethic
- Consistent and verifiable work history
