🔧 What You’ll Do

• Master the Machines – Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery.

• Hands-On Repair – Disassemble, install, and repair industrial equipment, tackling complex mechanical issues head-on.

• Problem-Solving Pro – Inspect, diagnose, and repair machinery using welding, brazing, and other advanced techniques.

• Precision Alignment – Use specialized tools to align machinery for top performance and reliability.

• Heavy Lifting Made Easy – Safely operate cranes, jacks, and hoisting devices to move heavy machinery.

• Teamwork Matters – Collaborate with team members using rigging and dollies to ensure smooth, safe operations.

• Proven experience as a Millwright or in a related mechanical field

• Strong ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
