🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Operate injection molding machines to produce plastic or rubber parts per specifications

Set up machines and adjust parameters such as temperature, pressure, and cycle times

Monitor production runs and inspect parts for quality and defects

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines, molds, or materials

Maintain accurate documentation of production runs, machine settings, and issues

Previous experience in injection molding or a similar production role
