NOW HIRING – Production Workers

Location: Huntington, IN
Pay: $13.50/hour + $2.00 Attendance Bonus
Shift: 1st shift available

Job Responsibilities:

• Load material into machines following standardized work instructions

• Start machines, monitor operations, and record operational data

• Perform dimensional inspections to identify potential defects

• Notify Supervisor when defects exceed limits or equipment malfunctions occur

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to work independently and stay motivated

• Strong prioritization and time management skills

• Professionalism with speed and attention to detail

• Consistent and reliable work history
