NOW HIRING – 2nd Shift Powder Coat Painter
We are looking to hire a Powder Coat Painter in the Markle, IN area. Pay is $18–$21/hour depending on experience with 2nd Shift Available (Monday–Thursday, 3:00pm–1:00am)!
Responsibilities:

Apply powder coat paint to metal parts and components following standard procedures
-
Prepare, hang, and inspect parts prior to coating
-
Operate spray guns, ovens, and other coating equipment safely and effectively
-
Maintain consistent quality while meeting daily production goals
-
Perform touch-ups, clean equipment, and ensure work area remains safe and organized
Skills:
-
Previous powder coating or painting experience preferred
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
-
Comfortable standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
-
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Consistent work history
