🕑 Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts Available
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a leading manufacturing team in the Huntington, IN area. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual with strong mechanical and electrical skills who enjoys hands-on problem solving and keeping production running smoothly.
Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical, electrical, and preventive maintenance on presses and other manufacturing equipment

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems

Use hand-eye coordination to work with small components and perform precise assembly tasks requiring dexterity and fine motor skills

Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
Qualifications:

Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated

Excellent time management and prioritization skills
