Production / Packaging Machine Operator
Pay: $15.00/HR
Schedule: 1st Shift
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor carton-making, folding, gluing, printing, and packaging equipment.

Set up and adjust machinery according to production specifications.

Load raw materials and remove finished products.

Inspect cartons for quality, dimensions, printing accuracy, and defects.

Pack, stack, and palletize finished cartons.

Follow production schedules and all safety procedures.

Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.

Record production and quality information.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Work with team members to meet daily production and customer requirements.
Qualifications:
-
Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or packaging experience is preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Must be dependable and have good attendance.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Ability to lift and move materials as required.
