Kitting Associate - Climate Controlled Warehouse
Pay Rate: $15/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Job Overview
We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented Kitting Associates to join our production team! In this role, you’ll work at a kitting station assembling documents, materials, and products into complete kits that are prepared for customers.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working as part of a team, and staying productive in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do

Assemble documents, products, and various components into complete customer kits

Follow work instructions provided by the Kitting Coordinator or Table Lead

Complete kitting tasks accurately and efficiently while meeting daily production goals

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
-
Communicate regularly with the Table Lead and Kitting Coordinator

Work with team members to keep production moving efficiently

Assist with other production duties as needed

Help the team meet daily quality and production goals

Follow all company safety rules, policies, and procedures

Maintain a positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
